ECC Programm for Euromaintenance 2018:
First day: 25th September 2018
ECC Event 1: On 25th September 2018 at 10:30, there will be the release of the book "RAMS and LCC Engineering for Railway Industry: Analysis, Modeling and Optimization. Two books will be sort out for the participant who visit us during the Conference.
ECC Event 2: On 25th September 2018 at 15:30, there will be the Digital Asset Management Solution Integrity PRO SaaS demonstration applied for Oil and Gas industry and Process Industries.
Second day: 26th September 2018
ECC Event 3: On 26th September 2018 at 10:30, there will be the release and the demonstration of the new Integrity PRO SaaS applied for Railway industry.
ECC Event 4: On 26th September 2018 at 14:00, Dr Eduardo Calixto will present the paper:
"Asset Integrity Management throughout the Asset Lifecycle (with Integrity PRO case study)"
ECC Event 5: On 26th September 2018 at 15:30, there will be the demonstration of ECC online training program for Process and Railway industry.

Dr. Eduardo Calixto Win the Prize for the best presentation at ARDC 2018 in China -Shanghai
ECC is very proud because Dr. Eduardo Calixto won the prize for the best presentation at ARDC 2018 in China Shanghai. The Titel of presentation was " RAMS program implementation for railway Industry. Lessons learned from reliability engineering application throughout railway assets life cycle.
ECC presented the Integrity PRO asset management solution for Railway Industry in China
There were around 100 attendees in the event among regulators, engineers, Research Centers and local authorities. ECC has also presented the ECC title was " RAMS and LCC program implementation for electronic application in Railway Industry. The presentation encompassed examples of different reliability methods applied to electronics as well as the Integrity PRO solution for Railway Industry.

Who is an expert for Functional Safety?
The more complex the technology the more experts for Functional Safety are needed. But the question is: who is an expert for Functional Safety? ISO 26262 does not answer this question. On the one hand it demands that only experts assess or manage Functional Safety but on the other it does not specify any of the prerequisites to be met by someone who may be considered an expert.
