RAMS Program implementation for Railway Industry in China 2019

RAMS program Implementation for Chinese Railway Industry company

Together with our Partner Qinda technology in China, We started our first project in China in 2019. The Project objective is to support the RAMS program implementation. The first step was to deliver 40 hour training including:

  • RAMS program,
  • FMEA,
  • Life Time Data Analysis and
  • RAM analysis.

Technical environment:

Softwares: FMEA++, Blocksim and Weibul++ (Reliasoft).

RAMS Program implementation for Aerospace Industry in Austria 2019

RAMS program Implementation for Aerospace Industry: The Flight Simulator Project

This project started in the end of 2018 and will finish it first phase in February 2019 for a World Class Company in Austria. The objective was to review the RAMS methods implementation based on the reliability engineering best  practices in order to support the design and RAMS requirement achievement, verification and validation. During the project, the following methods were reviewed and discussed:

  •  FMEA;
  • Reliability and Maintainability prediction;
  • RAM analysis;
  • Preliminary Hazard Analysis;
  • System hazard Analysis;
  • Functional Hazard Analysis
  • And SIL analysis.

Technical environment:

Softwares: Item toolkit, Blocksim and Weibul++ (Reliasoft).

The next project phase will implement the RAMS program based on the best Reliability and Safety Engineerign practices concerning procedures, training and analysis implementation for the new projects.

ILS Program implementation for Railway Industry in Zwitzerland 2018/2019

ILS program implementation for Railway Industry in Switzerland

This is a Hunnemeyer Consulting project that started in July 2018 and will finish the first phase  in July 2019. The ECC objective was to support the best class Engineering Consultant (Hunnemeyer Consulting ) based on Germany to implement specific reliability engineering methods to support the ILS program implementation for a world class Railway Company based in Zwitzerland. During the project the following methods were implemented:

  •  FMEA;
  • Reliability and Maintainability data prediction;
  • RAM analysis;
  • Maintainability Analysis;

Technical environment:

Softwares: Item toolkit and Weibul++ (Reliasoft).

The ECC supported the Analysis first in system level for Bogie, Doors, Brake and Pneumatic Systems in train level and Bogie and Pneumatic in System levels.

RAMS Program implementation for Railway Industry in India 2016/2017

RAMS program Implementation for Railway Industry: Auxiliary Power Unit for India Railway

This project started in the end of 2015 and finished in July 2017. The objective was to implement the RAMS program based on EN 50126 and best reliability engineering best  practices to support one of the best railway Engineering Consultant Companies in Austria (Molinari Railway) to deliver the Auxiliary Power Unit for a World Class Client in India. During the project the following methods were implemented:

  • DFMEA, PFMEA, FMEA:
  • Reliability and Maintainability data prediction;
  • RAM analysis;
  • Preliminary Hazard Analysis;
  • System hazard Analysis;
  • HazLog;
  • Human Reliability analysis;
  • Failure Report And Corrective Action System;

Technical environment:

Softwares: Weilbul++, Blocksim, Lambda Predict.

The final RAMS requirement performance was verified and validated as well as all preventive actions defined in the reliability and safety engineering methods were implemented on time. The program follows the EN 50126 principles and enable to manage the RAMS requirement along the design phase with total satisfaction of the final client.
